It took 15 years in therapy before anyone recognized that I was autistic. I had learned to mask so well that I was usually labeled "Highly Sensitive" and left to keep coping on my own.
When I was formally diagnosed at 29, one thing became clear: clinical assessment matters, but the online starting point is often poor. Many tools are outdated, confusing, or built to hide results behind a paywall.
That experience shaped how we built pysiQ: a better starting point that is research-led, easy to use, and free. We made it for people trying to understand their patterns more clearly, including those who are often missed because they seem fine on the surface.
