I spent 15 years in constant therapy, but my Autism remained completely invisible. I was an "expert adjuster"—a high-fidelity masker who spent every waking second consciously mimicking neurotypical social cues. Because I was good at it, I was simply labeled "Highly Sensitive" and sent back out to keep struggling.
At 25, the crushing internal weight of maintaining that mask finally broke my body. I began experiencing unexplainable vision loss. When specialists couldn't find a physical cause for my partial blindness, the reality became clear: my nervous system was quite literally collapsing under the stress of social compensation.
I finally received an official diagnosis at 29, but the journey revealed a massive gap. Existing screenings were either clinical relics or lacked any real scientific rigor. As an Analyst by day and a coder by night, I built pysiQ to provide the high-fidelity clarity I needed a decade ago. It is designed specifically to identify the "high-adjusters"—the people the current system misses because they appear to be doing just fine.
That’s why pysiQ exists: to close the gap between clinical-grade insight and everyday access. We’re not a diagnostic service. Our tools are for education and self-understanding. They draw on validated instruments and peer-reviewed research so you can see patterns that might otherwise stay invisible—especially if you’ve learned to mask or adapt. Many people use their results as a starting point for conversations with a therapist or clinician.
We offer free self-assessments for autism spectrum traits, ADHD, high sensitivity (HSP), and personality. You can explore your cognitive profile in private, at your own pace. Structured assessments, instant results, and the option to save and compare them in a personal Blueprint. Your data stays private. We explain how each tool works and what the scores mean, so you stay in the driver’s seat.
Our mission
We want this insight available to anyone who needs it. No paywall. Whether you’re exploring neurodivergent traits for the first time or deepening your understanding, we aim to meet you where you are. High maskers, women, and people who learned to compensate early often score "normal" on outdated tools while still struggling. pysiQ includes dimensions like masking and emotional regulation, and presents results in plain language so you can use them for self-advocacy or as a springboard for professional support.
