About pysiQ
pysiQ is a free project operated by Aktis (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 97726052). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Free service and eligibility
pysiQ currently provides its public screeners and standard results without charge. It is intended for adults. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, while taking reasonable care with saved data and advance notice where practical.
Not medical advice or diagnosis
pysiQ provides research-informed tools for self-understanding. Scores are not diagnoses, clinical probabilities, emergency support, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not use a result as the sole basis for healthcare, legal, employment, education, or safety decisions.
Accounts, results and sharing
Keep access to your email and account secure. You are responsible for links you choose to share. Shared-result links may be viewed by anyone who receives them, so do not share a link more widely than intended. You can delete saved results or your account using the available controls.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another person's data, disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or use it unlawfully.
- Do not present pysiQ scores as a clinical diagnosis or impersonate pysiQ, Aktis, a clinician, or another user.
- Do not copy or republish substantial parts of the site or its custom scoring implementation without permission, except where law allows.
Content and intellectual property
Published instruments, papers, names, and citations remain the property of their respective owners. pysiQ owns or licenses its site design, original wording, software, profiles, and custom presentation. Links and citations do not imply endorsement by the cited authors or institutions.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep pysiQ accurate and available, but the free service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Aktis is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on a score, unavailable features, or user-shared links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
The privacy policy explains data processing. We may update these terms when the service or law changes; the displayed update date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to support@pysiq.com. Dutch law applies where permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
